Prices and trials
Autumn is free to download. Paid features, prices, billing periods, and any trial offer are displayed in the app and in Apple’s purchase confirmation. Read those details before subscribing. Prices can vary by country and offer.
Manage or cancel
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Select Autumn or Zenith, then choose Cancel Subscription. A trial should be cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends if you do not want it to renew.
Deleting the app or your Autumn account does not cancel the subscription. Read Apple’s cancellation instructions ↗
Restore purchases
Use Restore Purchases in the app’s subscription settings while signed in with the Apple Account you used to subscribe. If your access still doesn’t appear, contact support.
Request a refund
For a purchase billed by Apple, submit your request through reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple determines eligibility. Read Apple’s refund guide ↗
