Please read these terms before using Autumn, this website, or related services.
1. Using Autumn
By using Autumn, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Autumn is currently listed on the App Store as Zenith: AI Workout & Meal Plan. These terms cover our app, yoautumn.com, and related services.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and consent to your use. Additional local age restrictions may apply.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for your use of the service. Some features require an account or a paid subscription.
3. Fitness guidance and AI
Autumn provides general fitness and nutrition information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. AI-generated recommendations are not individually reviewed by a healthcare professional and can be incomplete or inaccurate. Food and calorie estimates are estimates.
Use your judgment, review recommendations before acting, and seek qualified professional guidance when appropriate, particularly for injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or specific nutritional needs. Stop an activity if it causes pain or feels unsafe. Autumn does not guarantee a particular fitness, weight, or health outcome.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Prices, subscription periods, trial offers, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account. Deleting the app or account does not cancel billing. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases are handled by Apple, subject to applicable consumer rights.

5. Acceptable use
You may use Autumn for your personal fitness and wellness purposes. Do not use it unlawfully, impersonate others, upload content you have no right to share, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, or exploit trials or payment systems.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, or violations of these terms.
6. Your content and our materials
You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant us the permission needed to process, store, and display it to operate the features you use, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit content that infringes someone else’s rights.
Autumn’s branding, software, and website materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
7. Third-party services
Optional integrations, external websites, Apple billing, and sign-in providers have their own terms and policies. Availability may depend on those services, your device, and your region.
8. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Autumn useful and available, but features may change or become temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free output.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
9. Ending use and changes
You can stop using Autumn at any time and delete your account. Cancel paid subscriptions separately through Apple. We may update these terms and communicate material changes as required. The date above identifies this version.
